RACE RULES
During the first 10 laps all riders must ride on the oval track, after 10 laps the riders will enter the original track where they will ride for 30 laps in elimination format.
During the next 30 LAPS, the rider who passes the finish line last will be eliminated. In addition, the runner who is doubled will also be eliminated from the race.
At the end of the 40 laps, the rider who crosses the finish line first will be the winner.
RACE INFO
All participants will have the option to ride on track in the official training sessions that will be scheduled the month prior to the event.
In addition, the week before and the day before the event there will be extra training sessions so that people coming from far away will have the opportunity to try the circuit.
Each category will have its own specific qualifiers and will have its own specific time block so that riders, at a specific time, can do their qualifying lap.
The qualifying lap will be launched, a first lap to the oval not timed and a second lap to the original circuit timed that will mark the time to qualify for the classification of one final or another.
Each category will have its B final and its A final.
The finals will be played during 40 laps
“holeshoot “
The rider who enters first at the first turn after 10 laps on the oval will be awarded the “holeshoot” or best start. The sponsor may sponsor this prize if he/she wishes.

WHAT IS A CRItERIUM
A Criterium is a cycling competition in which riders compete on a closed circuit, completing a set number of laps.
This type of competition is very popular in the cycling world. The aim of the criterium is to bring the competitors as close as possible to the public and to offer a great show both on and off the track.
